Are instructions or tutorials available?
Yes! Instructions are included in the installer package, and are often available on the product page of the website. Many products also have an overview or tutorial video available. If you need further assistance, don’t hesitate to email support@bretfx.com anytime.
Will the plugin or template work with my version of FCPX?
It is the goal to continue to have BretFX plugins and templates work with the current version of FCPX whenever possible. The system requirements for each product is listed on their respective product pages.
What kind of license is included?
Purchases from BretFX are yours to use as much as you like. You MAY NOT sell, share nor redistribute them in any way. Refer to the software license agreement for full details.
How do I install BretFX products?
Installation is easy! After purchase your product will be immediately available for download. Open the DMG file, double click the installer and follow the prompts. For products distributed through FxFactory, refer to their guidance here @ https://fxfactory.com/help/fxfactory/licensing/
What if I lose or delete the installer?
Fear not! You are always free to re-download your purchases at any time from the downloads area in your account.
